We made a lot of progress in the right direction today. We reached tentative agreements on Article 46: New Technology/Process Change and Article 38: Transfer/Job Opening Process. Article 38 was agreed upon with no changes. A lot of positive movement was made with the articles we are still bargaining over. The company has signaled that they will propose economic articles starting Monday morning. We look forward to starting discussions on wages and benefits, which are the top priorities for the membership. We hope you all have a great weekend. We will pick up where we left off on Monday morning, fully prepared and ready to win the financial package we deserve.
