Brothers and Sisters,

Today marked the beginning of our second week of negotiations. We still have a few non-economic articles left on the table that we are working our way through. Progress was slow as we waited for the company to respond to our proposals. We reached a tentative agreement on Article 11: Overtime with no changes. Late in the day, the company passed their proposals for economic articles (i.e. compensation, employee benefits, holidays, etc.). We are not impressed with what they handed across the table to us, to say the least. That being said, first proposals are never what we want them to be. We are diligently working to pass our proposals back to see how serious the company wants to get. Thank you all for your continued support.
